Before seeds’ or bulbs’ awakening, their ingredients are mostly in water-insoluble form to avoid their loss into water. For their germination and grow up, they should be in water-soluble form to be utilized as functional chemicals. We developed rapid and synchronized awakening method to change them requiring only 5days max. It is good for new food marketing. We accept the test with 500,000 yen.
